Service Description

The session will begin with a brief introduction to the benefits of meditation and visualisation for reducing stress and promoting mental well-being. Participants will then be guided through a series of relaxation techniques to help calm their minds and bodies. These may include breathing exercises, gentle stretching, and progressive muscle relaxation. Once everyone is feeling relaxed and centered, the focus will shift to visualisation exercises aimed at helping participants stay present in the moment and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. These exercises may involve imagining a peaceful scene, focusing on positive affirmations, or visualising a desired outcome. Following this, participants will be encouraged to tune in to their bodies and emotions, creating heart and brain coherence by listening to a guided meditation to get out of their monkey mind. Overall, this session is designed to provide practical tools and unique techniques for managing stress and promoting emotional resilience, using the power of meditation and visualisation to help us stay present, calm, and centered in the face of life's challenges.
